You are definitely asking for a world of trouble if you put Jets fans that close to the field when the team is losing. It is my contention that the majority of these fans are mentally imbalanced. This is based on research and personal experience.

What is next - "Touch a Player Day" at Shea Stadium?

Stoneroses, did you see the new guy who created a poster that gives the same amount of credit to the Mets as it does the Yankees for the baseball superiority of New York?

I think that would be better suited for Beaver Stadium.

Retiring from what? Being an annoyance?

Dear God, who else can step up to fill the massive void caused by the so called "retirement" of Fireman Ed! Who else can carry the torch of his ultra-creative chant! The best you can come up with is spelling the name of the team? Piteous! At least I do not believe that he was an adult face painter. Those people are in dire need of therapy.

Stoneroses, I apologize if you have already addressed this, but why don't you use apostrophes?

He taught thousands of Jets fans how to spell.
