Redskins are fortunate to be tied. Their D has looked awful. Can't stop Eli at all. The Redskins TD was crazy. Quick game so far. Three long drives NY.

Coughlin just did something Lovie would never do. They get the ball with 45 seconds left in the half, tied at 10. I bet lovie takes the knee. Coughlin puts the Giants in position to score 3 and go to the locker room with a lead.

First time watching RG3 this year. He's better right now than Michael Vick has ever been at any point in his career.

I'd love to see the Redskins in the playoffs instead of the Giants. Some new blood in there would be great. RG3 and Morris are a fantastic combo.

I'm drunk.

Fuck. That Morris fumble in the 3rd quarter cost me a teaser. This game was going over 45 if that didn't happen.

Hey, what's wrong with Stuart Scott? Is he in bad health? 2nd straight MNF he's missed.

I'm only buzzed. Think I woke up all of Palatine when Garcon caught that catch on the final drive. Bring on the Ravens!

I know there is alot of love behind RG3 and rightfully so but man alive Morris is damn good. He doesn't catch anything but he is the real deal running the ball. Hopefully Fred Davis comes back next year healthy and Morris and G3 stay healthy as well. I wonder how much better the Skins would be if Garcon would have been healthy all year.

With Garcon 5-1
Without Garcon 1-5

The biggest loss, by far, has been Orakpo. Their lack of a pass rush completely exposes the awful secondary (again, fuck you DeAngelo Hall). He makes a huge difference. How many times was Eli pressured tonight? Twice, I think. Fred Davis had pedestrian numbers when healthy this year.

i still can't understand the giants devotion to running the ball down the stretch in the 2nd half last night. it was clear early on that washington has a hard time covering anyone - even on the incompletions you could see giants receivers running wild back there. i know, i know, you have to establish the run and all that, but when you have one of the worst passing defenses in the league in front of you in a tight game in the second half, i just cant understand the devotion to running on 1st and 2nd downs every drive. i honestly would have gone 4-wide with one back in the shotgun the entire half if i were the giants, running the occasional draw play to try to keep them honest.

RG3 is an impressive QB, but he got the shit knocked out of him several times. he is going to be something, but he needs to protect himself or he is going to get himself in some serious trouble. the giants never looked comfortable trying to figure out that crazy offense, im actually surprised it was a 17-16 game. i wasnt impressed with either defense, though the redskins clamped down on the run and made plays when it counted. good job by the skins, nice win.

He is playing great, way better than I thought he was capable. But I am just not sure that he is going to be able to keep this up over the long haul. He is going to get injured. If he is going to have longevity in the league he is going to have to at some point adjust to just being a pocket passer. He seems like someone who could make it work, but who knows crazy things happen in this league. Will definitely be a fun one to watch.
