I have to admit I think the Metrodome gets a bad rap. It is the only stadium to host the Super Bowl, the World Series and the Final Four. It also hosted Monster Truck and Snocross. It was an excellent home field advantage for the Twins and for the Vikings. The Twins got their outdoor stadium that allowed them to pay the fat cash to Mauer and now his numbers have really dropped off and their home field advantage is gone. |

I think it is hilarious that the article talks about a retractable dome... I guess they can keep it open for the tractor pulls in June. |
