A lot of it seems to be fake money, but the actual money that matters seems to be $21 million a year for 3 years. The market for QBs is pretty insane right now.

Assuming he's healthy, it wouldn't shock me if some team offers Cutler $18 million a year. I would guess that is too rich for the Bears.
