The way I read it was that you cannot offend to get a trade mark. The odd thing is the retro thing. As times times change I guess anything can be taken away as norms change about words and logos. |

It's ok for the government to torture suspects, hold people without trial indefinitely, illegally spy on its citizens, and overthrow foreign governments on faulty evidence. Glad they're righting at least one wrong. Geesh. |
