I never really understood the fascination with this guy as a leader of men and the guru like thoughts people give a shit about. It's like he won a Superbowl and that made him a deep thinker.

How about the fact he had a kid he didn't pay attention to and the kid killed himself, yet people look to Dungy for advice on personal issues? The guy is a football coach, thats it.

This is like when political talk shows have movie stars on to talk politics.

I don't even care what he said about Sams, but it does show he isn't even close to as smart as many say.

He wins a Super Bowl v Lovie's team led by Rex Grossman. And now 90% of the time when they say his name it's Super Bowl Winning coach Tony Dungy, like he is a Dr. or Senator.

Is it Tony Dungy, OSBWC (Official Super Bowl Winning coach) will now see you to work on your marital issues.

oh they absolutely throw too many bouquets his way. i almost wish lovie was the coach that won, because as arrogant as he is, he's not a spotlight whore the way dungy's been.

Yup, I think Lovie has an ego, but he knows who he is and it's a football coach. Nobody should be coming to Lovie with Social issue debates to be resolved and I think he would even say that. Plus , Lovie seems to take great care of his kids. Always went to his games when he was here, had his kids around Halas hall all the time and now employs them.

yeah he's a prick but the last thing i'd ever accuse him of is being disingenuous. and in some ways dungy is.
