Kirk Cousins would be there if he didn't have 15 interceptions, threw 15 more touchdowns, and stopped sucking entirely. |

yeah, and he has no scrambling ability to make up for it. his arm strength has really dropped and some of his zip is lost. |

He had some past shoulder issues and I wonder if his shoulder is just giving out. You are right, he never had the strongest arm to begin with and I don't see a whole lot of zip on the ball any more. |
