Sunday will have kickoff at 8:30am leaving us with over 12 hours straight of football!!!! Love it. All hail Goodell.

Thursday Night:
San Diego at Denver

Sunday Morning!!!
Detroit at Atlanta (London 8:30am CT)

Sunday Noon
BEARS at New England
Oakland at Cleveland
St. Louis at Kansas City
Houston at Tennessee
Minnesota at Tampa Bay
Seattle at Carolina
Baltimore at Cincinnati
Miami at Jacksonville
Buffalo at New York Jets

Sunday Late Afternoon
Philadelphia at Arizona
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh

Sunday Night
PACKERS at New Orleans

Monday Night
Washington at Dallas

Time to kick Jacksonville over to London permanently so we can continue with 8:30am games. The disadvantage of going to London will be smooth over by being able to kick the teeth in of the sorry ass Jags. I'm in!!!

I hate the Thursday Night games being divisional opponents. No matter what the Thursday games will be sloppy disorganized affairs. Burning a game against your divisional opponent is unfair.

This Chargers/Broncos should be a great game. But it's ruined by being on Thursday. Fucking Goodell.

A long trip to London sounds like the perfect recipe for Lion disorganization

Agree with the Thursday games. With the lack of hitting and two-a-day practices, these Thursday games are really sloppy and I can't see them getting any better. Friday nite games might be a better option, and I would like to see a game each Saturday night in December after the college season is wrapped up.

Sunday morning football is great. If we get this 8 times a year then put a team in London right now.

Sounds pretty loud in the stadium and they are cheering at the right times. Looks like American football is about to really take off in Europe!

Agreed. Goodell also needs to install a 8:30pm West Coast game.

Against the worst run D in football they're putting the game in Stafford's hands with no Calvin.

The Lions are hopeless shits. What a stupid stupid stupid team.

Have any of the stat guys in football done a study on what a team would do if they never kicked a field goal outside the last 10 second of a half or game?

Using the current game as an example, it was 21-0, and they kicked a field goal on 4th and goal from the 4 yard line. This put them down 18 instead of 21 which is still 3 scores with a 2 point conversion which is far from a lock.

I know according to the stat guys, that you should almost always for for it on 4th and short, but what about when a field goal is available?

Actually I'm a Stanford backer. Everybody was telling me how Cutler was better than him last year.

They were wrong, though they do both suffer from some of the same downfalls.

My mistake, though you did put Cutler and Stafford in the same group in the offseason.
