Predict who gets fired at the end of the season.
Not who you WANT fired... who will really get fired.

I'm just putting Coordinators on here... I fully expect that they'll fire someone like Matt Cavanaugh or Reggie Herring or Paul Pasqualoni or some shit like that.

Also... write in's... stuff like do the Bear trade Jay?

EDITED TO ALLOW REVOTING.
You may have to vote again if you did already.

Tucker and Joe D will be gone. Nobody else from the list.

Tucker is a no doubter. Joe D should be a no doubter.
I wonder if VerGina is sick enough of this shit to get rid of Sweaty, if so, everyone is gone.

Is there someone on that list that shouldn't be a no-doubter? I guess Kromer.

Everyone gets let go and T.Phillips is moved to another position. They keep Cutler, but draft a QB.

I'd say the only guy that should not be a no doubter is Emery. I'd say you got to give a GM more than 3 years to build a team after the buttfucking that the previous GM gave them.

The Bears need a clean slate. Fire everybody, move Phillips to the business end. I think it's what Bear fans demand. I'm hoping George McCaskey is smart enough to see this.

The previous GM seems way more competent than Emery. Why let him dig you guys deeper? Not that I don't enjoy seeing the process.

I don't think Emery, outside of the Trestman hire, which was really really bad, has been that terrible...

Year 1:
Shea McClellin, Alshon Jeffery, Brandon Hardin, Evan Rodriguez, Isaiah Frey, and Greg McCoy.

Jeffery was a great pick. McClellin was not, but that's not a disaster for a first draft ever for a GM.

Year 2:
Kyle Long, Jon Bostic, Khaseem Greene, Jordan Mills, Cornelius Washington, Marquess Wilson

Long, Bostic, Green and Wilson are not bad draft picks... Long is star.

Year 3:
Kyle Fuller, Ego Furguson, Will Sutton, Ka'deem Carey, Brock Vereen, David Fales, Pat O'Donnell

Fuller could be a star, and O'Donnell is a guy. Not the worst punter I've ever seen. Not enough seen of some of these others but supposedly they're servicable.

I'm more concerned about the coaches than his draft picks.

Long is not a star. He's a decent OG.

Fuller could be a star, and he could be terrible. Pendulum is swinging the latter way currently.

Outside of Jeffrey that first draft is a disaster. Including Jeffrey in it I guess bumps it up to just pretty damn bad.

Emery's biggest moves so far have been trading for Brandon Marshall, firing Lovie and hiring Trestman, and resigning Cutler to Franchise QB money for a minimum of three years guaranteed. I think the Marshall trade has obviously worked out, but the other two are horrible decisions that set the franchise back years it looks like. But by all means trust this guy to pick the next face and QB of your franchise.

Farvio, I'm just saying that his drafting isn't the unmitigated disaster that it's made out to be. Year 1 was super rough. But again, first ever draft for him, so I'd be willing to give a pass.
Good point on the Cutler extension. I couldn't understand that at all. If you're going to pay him franchise money anyway why not franchise him and take the long term risk out of it and see what he does in year 2 of an offense, something we didn't see him get to do in his tenure with the Bears, before committing large dollars and years? Doesn't compute.
I understand the desire to cut bait with the GM, but it's something that doesn't generally happen in the first couple years of a GM. But you do have compelling arguments.

Yeah, the business end of a steel-toed boot.

At least half are gone, IMO.

I would fire every one of these clowns. But I think only Mel & Joe will be let go.

Edit: Trestman fired on black monday.

How did Trestman pass the mock press conference portion of his interview?

Jesus did Kromer pass the mock press conference test? He was awful today. Just dreadful.

He didn't need to. Trestman "had been sizing him up for years."

Interesting that Emery has so few...???

Coaching staff is gone. Emery is kept but has no real power. A VP of Football operations will be brought in. Phillips will shine George's knob for letting him keep his job, then get about to the business of prepping for their tax returns (think Andy in Shawshank)

As much as I would agree, what does that do for you with Phil as a disgruntled ex GM /now VP with no power? once again, just applying common sense, although I know thats not normal up there.

Sometimes, you get that crazy cooperative firing. Jim Hendry as an example. the guy was fired and still hung around for a month, helping out. In a way, he knew his time was up, they took their shot, he was there to collect the money...and just continue to be good guy Jim. not the worst life.

See, that's just it...not only do I think the Bears aren't too stupid to not do that, I think Phil may be too stupid to actually be disgruntled.
