I asked one of my NFL guys, who he would hire and this is what I got.

Assuming the Bears are ready to hire an Football Overlord (Holmgren Type), then here is your GM. Yes, he looks 12, he is the youngest Pro Personnel director in the NFL.

he has been with the Packers for 11 years and is the son of Ron Wolf. Maybe you heard of Ron.

Does his father help him? Maybe...but you need to vet that info as well.

Your GM is not going to hire your coach, your Football Guru will...your GM is going to scout players and pick them. You need someone who has seen what the right way to do this is and the Packers have shown it.

The Packers entire organization is based on one person. That thing is a house of cards with lots of people living off one person's "fabulous" light.

Bad post.

The same warnings were given after the retirements of Ron and Brett. Yet, the beat still went on.

What were you saying about Andrew Luck again?

What were you saying about Andrew Luck again?

The cheap years of his contract are being wasted by his idiot GM. Luck is hiding a lot of poor decisions by his GM.

As is Rodgers. Unless of course you don't think Rodgers is the best player in the game and even more valuable than Luck.

I think Luck is more valuable given his contract. Though, I don't think Thompson has done enough to maximize the Packers chances during Rodger's peak years. Some re-signing decisions and his refusal to participate in free agency is very frustrating.

He suffered a lull in his drafts but that's understandable when talent leaves out the door since it's highly sought after.

Nobody was looking to hire Lake Dawson....or Lake Dawsons dad, but I am just guessing that one.

Good dolphin is right. The Packers are a 2 win team without Rodgers. We saw that when he got hurt.
