Couple of interesting things on there -- one is the right to renew for 2016 at the same price point as 2015 solely at the NFL's discretion. The other interesting thing is that nobody can publicly give appreciation to military other than USAA insurance.

I work with an ad agency in Minnesota who put the package together on the Minneapolis Super Bowl .... these bid requirements are pennies compared to that. This is the price of tea in China ... either ante up or get out of the game.

Only you could somehow tie the NFL draft to US Cellular Field.

Need to boo the Bears picks like the Jets fans used to for them in NYC.

Then get out of the game. The reason the city and state are broke aren't because of the "high" salaries of public employees, but rather because we give tax dollars away to billionaires so other billionaires can rent more hotel rooms.

I might go if I have nothing to do and somehow get a free ticket. I imagine there will be plenty of tickets floating around by draft day. They should pay me to attend Rounds 2-7.

I will be there as long as the ticket prices aren't beyond outrageous. I actually would prefer rounds 2-7.

Unless I'm looking in the wrong places the ticket prices are crazy. The cheapest ticket I saw was $900.

I wouldn't go to this even if it was free.

Why not?

You really want to sit there for 8-10 hours on a Saturday afternoon? It's boring enough to have it on in the background on a TV. At least at home you get to hear the terrible cliches that are spewed about all the draftees. In person, you will get none of that.

That's an interesting declaration and I'd like to learn more.

Is there a link I could click on or website I could visit?

Thanks!

I wanted to see Day 1 or Day 2. I think it would be a cool experience.

Does it help or hurt viewing to start it on Thursday? I think it sucks.

I think they're just trying to milk the weekend. In some ways it's better than a 13 hour day.

it's boring on TV where they can use filler video and commentary... can you imagine sitting there watching nothing happening for the 15 minutes between picks?

I think the atmosphere of the draft would be a lot better.
