Post subject:  A broad coaching in the NFL!
For the first time in history, a woman will be a coach on an NFL team. The Arizona Cardinals have brought on Jen Welter to coach inside linebackers.
Welter was “collegiate rugby player who played 14 seasons of pro football, mostly in the Women’s Football Alliance.” She won four championships with the Dallas Diamonds. Her position, however, is temporary. She’s been hired only as a “training camp/preseason intern.”

Well she is an MD , sports psychologist.. I doubt she's going to be blowing the whistle n yelling at players.

When she was at RB, yeah, that was a joke, guys tried to knock her down and did...easily.

When she was on Defense, you could tell gys didnt take her seriousley. Guys didnt even run away from her, but when she locked on, she brought guys down. granted, its some obscure league I never heard of, but I would say on Defense she was reepectable. I would question what she knows about blowing up lead bockers as when she did tackle guys it was usually clear paths to the tackler.

Sarah Spain has an article about how this was a great hire. She didn't post a picture with her breasts hanging out (you know like she's done in all of her promotional pictures) so I didn't bother looking at thr article.
