Following the Pack's victory over the Seahawks he said that "God was a Packers fan tonight.", taking a jab at Russel's Wilson's faith. This has to be the stupidest assertion in the history of sports, to think that God would even care about the outcome of an NFL game that has betting on it. God is responsible for many things, but to say there is divine intervention or approval of a football game is ridiculous. Worse that Rodgers made the comment mockingly. |

I could adapt to a world where men hug each other. |

I think you may actually be agreeing with Rodgers in this case. He was poking fun at Wilson's claim last year that God was responsible for his NFC Conference win over the Packers. In other words, you completely missed the sarcasm. |

In other words, you completely missed the sarcasm. I see. Didn't catch Wilson's comments before. But still, if you are a faithful person, do you even make the kind of sarcastic remark that Rodgers did? He's sort of tempting lightning bolts from heaven. A guy like Rodgers thinks he's bulletproof, when fortune for him could change in an instant, especially in his profession. "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." Mark Twain |

What a fucking dumbass. For the love of God, let it go. The NFL doesnt need any more bad press, embarrassing moments, or courtroom losses. |

I believe the NFL has to do this...setting this precedent makes the league commish useless in these cases. As much as I agree they should have a ruling group of ex players, or something agreed upon. |
