oh god, basketball debates get almost insufferable as movie debates (amirite?).

it's sad for portland. all the fans i met really wanted to believe roy would recover and be great. but they also feel the same way about oden.

it's really sad what happens to franchises like portland, or houston. they become victims of themselves because they never had that "it" guy that they could build around. or they think they can...and these freaks turn out to be injury magnets. and then...worse...you get franchises like minnesota. oh man, you almost had it. you had that guy...but you never built it. and what do you get? another god. damn four. leaf. clover.

see, the sixers...well...they're a different kind of suck. they get a guy like iverson and then they miracle whip the shit out of that franchise. no idea how to build around it but no idea how to make it viable to any market, either. so you end up with washups like chrissy webber. and then billy king gets dubbed worst GM of all time or whatever, right WIP? oh...what the fuck ever. you can't even figure out your own damn mascot.

Who did Clyde play with in college and the pros? I don't think he would have minded playing w/ another alpha. Especially one as talented as MJeff... Who knows.
