He didn't even lead with his shoulder. His hip made contact first followed but the elbow, any contact made with LeBron's bitch ass skull was from LePoop totally exaggerating what actually happened and snapping his head back.

I just watched that gif a bunch of times, and nothing about really says "flagrant foul" to me. Good ol' fashioned playoff contact.

This is accurate. Head to shoulder contact is not necessarily a flagrant foul. If it was, then no post player would ever be able to screen anyone more than 6 inches shorter than them.
