So far LeBron is playing like it's a real game and Blake Griffin is putting on a dunking show. Last guy to score 18 straight points on dunks was Wilt Chamberlain.

The game is very entertaining. The jerseys are horrible.

After last night, it'd be hard for this game not to be entertaining by comparison. That said, so far, so good.

I don't need to "see" Kobe talk though ... enough with the split-screen bullshit.

I've always enjoyed the ASG. Seems guys goof around in the first half then come up with some real entertaining, competitive ball in the second half. Really glad Kobe is out this year so the best player in the west by far isn't forced to defer anymore out of respect.

The contrast of the red/blue on the West uni's are literally making my eyes hurt. Somebody is going to score 50 tonight.

I love how no one plays defense the first half and it's a shootout, then the second half becomes super competitive, it's actually very entertaining

I believe fans are buying them though. Which is what matters. Sleeve jerseys that is.

The jerseys were Stern's final prank on the way out.

More like it becomes competitive in the fourth quarter. 4 minutes into the second half and they're playing no defense whatsoever.

Hopefully they'll start caring in the 4th quarter and maybe salvage this abortion of an all star game. This is reaching pro bowl level bad.

The game is the epitome of bad basketball. Granted I enjoy scoring just as much as anyone else, but the two teams combined to shoot 30 for 100 from beyond the arc. They took 100 three pointers and missed 70 of them.

The bench for the West played terrible and is part of the reason why the West lost. The shooting percentage for the West really went down in the 3rd quarter and 4th quarter. The NBA wants to hype up Durant vs. LeBron, but their matchup in this game was not nearly as good as a regular season game.

I don't know how the NBA can fix their All-Star weekend. But it seems like the trend in sports is that these All-Star events are all lame regardless of what sport it is. I would rather watch NBA players play "Knockout" shooting from the 3 point line than watch the lame dunk contests and some of the other events.

Government is why the West was lost. Haven't you ever watched Deadwood?

Bill Russell is the NBA's mascot. I don't think he knows where he is. He just smiles and waves.

everyone on the losing team should have to pay $10k to charity out of their own paychecks.
