Were the capital letters a reference to Tim Floyd? If so, nice recall.

Yes,

I just don't have the rest of the North statement that responded the "MIKE MILLER....?" In a southern drawl...

JBills didn't get it, which is fine. Krazy Ivan just piled on because he is a good guy

He was talking to Tim Floyd on the phone and he asking him why The Bulls chose Fizer (4th) when they already has Elton Brand, and could have taken Miller (who went 5th), prompting Floyd to say "Mike Miller?"

As a young and delusional Bulls fan I convinced myself on draft night that the Bulls did well by drafting Fizer and Chris Mihm. "Two players from the all NCAA team that year" I said. I knew better, but then again I was also sure Mike Harkey was going to win Cy young awards. Yes, plural.

Stacy....ugh...had my input when he was drafted. said he shoots from his chest, which works fine as a 6'10" center, not going to working in the pros, worked in college.

"I’ll always remember this as the night that Michael Jordan and I combined for 70 points."

Another draft night I was ecstatic because we had THREE first round picks. I was just a little kid and never had seen him play, but damn I was positive Jeff "Sleepy" Sanders was headed for big things in the NBA. Next we'll talk about Mark Randall and his lower back.

Calm down. I thought his post was funny. Did that hurt your feelings?

And I'm a great guy. Axe about me...

Fizer wasn't terrible. He was okay, then tore his ACL, and then was bad.

I thought King would be good too--he was unstoppable in college--really at the height of the game. Lefty, smooth. No defensive motivation of course.
