Hair regrowth ain't really in the cards if you stop using testosterone, right? That gets closed up for shop once the DHT does its binding.

Maybe using some finastride?

Depends on the length of use and the genetic makeup. If he was running as long as is thought yeah it would be permanent. Thinning on a cycle with proper pct though it can grow back. His hairline is too drastic to consider that though.
