The more I think about this FA offseason, and with the eventual signing of Bosh and Wade to Miami, the less and less I think LBJ leaves Cleveland.

LeBron James leaving CLE would absolutely rip the heart out of that city, much like we saw when Gretzky left Edmonton. LBJ wants to win, but he certainly doesn't want to become the bad guy in the process.

There is no evidence that he wants to win. He wants to make money and if he happens to win that is nice too.

+1 Gretzky had won in edmonton before he left and team was going down. Lebron leaving would rip the heart out of Cleveland, but I think fans would eventually realize they had years to give him a supporting cast and went nowhere. He wants to be a billionare, which he probably will be, but will get zero rings in process.

i would have to agree, if lebron stays in cleaveland, then he is clearly more worried about money and image then he is about rings. and if that is true, then he is nowhere near mj.
