Giannis is not a soft player per se. He has trouble maintaining his dribble in traffic, which is understandable at his height. He's not like Durant, who doesn't need to worry about getting into the lane and maintaining his dribble, because he's such a great perimeter shooter. I don't think Giannis will ever be a great shooter, his release is so long.

The offense is just poorly designed to help him too. But those fatal flaws in his game, plus the free throw shooting, make it difficult for him to be a world beater in crunch time. Incredible athlete but so fatally flawed.


i agree but on the right team with the right coach he would dominate. its really frustrating and im not even a bucks fan

i thought they should have benched him mid 2nd qtr. for the night. he was clearly not right. he looked hungover, and maybe he was, but thats how injuries happen.
