Trading the best backup PG in the league and the 17th pick for an early 2nd rounder is def a desperate salary dump. Considering the Bulls were talking to the Clips about moving a similar talent (Deng) and 17 for the 8th pick just 12 hours ago, Im gonna have to reiterate that IMO this was a desperation trade. It helps us in a week, but not right now.

I'm unclear as to how the term "desperation" is applicable.

Heck, for all we know, they already have (wink-wink) deals in place that assume the Bulls have enough space.

I am, however, not thrilled to see KH go, but I'll get over it. Deng getting the hell out of town would've been much more to my liking, but who's asking me anyway.

Neither am I. He was one of the most over valued STARTING PGs in the league for a long time. Besides not pulling the trigger on the Kobe deal, and making Eddy Curry feel like he's done something wrong for not taking a heart test, stating Hinrich was 'untradeable' a few years ago was pretty high on the fuckup list of J-Pax.
