wait, i lost track of that trade once it got flipped

so what's up with Brandon Knight now ?

I assume they will play them together. He already starts alongside Stuckey, so Calderon will probably just be put in that spot. Stuckey seems to be in the doghouse up in Detroit anyway.

Pau Gasol has a partial tear of his plantar fascia and is expected to be out at least six weeks, league source tells @CBSSports.

He should just suck it up and play through the pain...

In all seriousness, this should be the end of this experiment. Nobody is going to trade for Gasol now. They should deal Howard and reload right now. I would even deal Nash. Just blow it up and have the next couple years be the Kobe farewell tour as he begins to break or approach records.

Fuck.

Just picked him up two weeks ago in my pay league. Dude was raking in steals and blocks.

The Bulls' Kirk Hinrich didn't make the trip to Boston for tomorrow's game with the Celtics. That's the word from the Trib's K.C. Johnson & ESPNChicago.com's Nick Friedell as Hinrich continues to recover from an elbow injury.

The Celtics have lost their third player for the season. CBSSports.com reports Boston G Leandro Barbosa tore his ACL in last night's Celtics 94-91 loss to the lowly Bobcats in Charlotte. OUCH!

No, I'm not kidding, Reggie. By the way, are you and Kevin Harlan working Clippers/Lakers Thursday on TNT?

Fuck Fuck Fuck!!

I almost dealt Parker in my pay league a couple days ago.

Some asshole just tried to trade him to me in my pay league. :x :x

That's real low brow when people do that shit. I even declined a trade last year or two years ago that someone offered me as soon as I heard his guy was out for the season. It was a trade I was contemplating, and then I heard the news before he did obviously as the trade was still up there hours later.
I could never accept something like that. Nor would I offer something like that.

I tried the same thing with Tony Parker this past weekend.

Will Carmelo Anthony play this eve vs. the Thunder? The Knicks' star forward missed the Pistons' game last night after hurting his knee Monday in the win over the Cavs in Cleveland.

The Knicks might not have another guy with a knee injury when they start their West Coast trip in Oakland vs. the Golden State Warriors. ESPNNewYork.com reports that Carmelo Anthony is questionable for the game with a knee injury. Although there's no structural damage, an MRI did reveal there's still fluid buildup in the back of it. Anthony did travel with the team to the West Coast, but he could miss his 4th straight game tonight after injuring it in Cleveland a week ago.

Carmelo says he's playing tonight. Knee is better, but not 100%. Rest helped. Says it won't need surgery.

Thanks for the update.

Complete disaster tonight for the Knicks and the Lakers. Love it.

The Knicks head to Portland this eve for the second game of the NBA/TNT twinbill vs. the Blazers. Gotta think Anthony & Chandler will sit this one out.

As for Kobe Bryant and his severe ankle sprain, might this end his season completely? Orange County Register's Kevin Ding was on "The Dan Patrick Show" this morning, and he didn't sound optimistic that Kobe will play tomorrow vs. the Pacers in Indianapolis, let alone the immediate future.

Neither of them is going to the finals if their teams are healthy. The injuries just make them seem more desperate.

He was out with a severe ankle injury last night vs. Sacramento. He won't play again tonight in Phoenix. The Lakers won't have Kobe Bryant for the second straight game.

Rose is out for the Bulls with a mind injury. His knee is fine, but his mind is injured. It's really a shame he's not Kobe Bryant because he'd already be back on the court by now.

Couldn't it be said that Rose ruined the Bulls franchise by playing the same number of games as Bynum?
