HUGE game.

Milwaukee needs his one bad to tie the Bulls.

If they pull it out, they will vault to the #2 seed.

They were the #5 seed just a few days ago.

Bulls comin' off a loss last night. Let's see if theyre fuckin legs get tired down the stretch.

The Celtics are back! I don't know what it is about Horford, but the guy is a beast, but only on that team.

Golden State looks lost. But the Lakers are a good team when they want to be. Whatever seed they get, nobody's going to want to play them. Well, maybe the Clippers.

No one fears the Lakers. Golden State looks great while slaying bum ass teams. Said it earlier in the year and haven't deviated one bit from that.

Look, I'm the world's biggest Bron hater. But that guy has somehow developed a consistent long range shot despite the terrible form he displays. They have a good coach and while the league seems to have figured out Monk now, the Lakers will likely have AD back by the playoffs and Russ will continue to get more and more regulated to the bench. I'll never count out Lebron.

And yes, Golden State isn't very good and aren't deserving of their seeding. But the Lakers also took Utah to town with AD going down with injury. The west isn't that great and I could see the Lakers cutting through the playoffs. They're going to make the playoffs. Anyone predicting them falling out isn't watching the Blazers, Spurs, Kings or Thunder games. None of those teams is coming to knock the Lakers out of the 10 seed.

Lebron James has been in the West for 4 years now. If you "counted out Lebron" you'd have won 3 out of 4. Just to reiterate no one fears Lebron Anymore. They have an aging team that is terrible defensively. AD looks like a shell of his former self even when he happens to play. Lebron Hasn't played defense in about 10-12 years now. That won't change just because he happens to have made the playoffs. The Clippers have a better record even though they haven't had their best player at any point this season. A better record even with their 2nd best player having missed most of this season.

Lakers can have the 10th seed but that just means that they will have to win 2 consecutive play in games. I have no confidence that they will be able to do that.

Said in the beginning of the season and nothing much has changed. Lakers are done and Lebron is already planning his exit strategy. Again.

I've probably watched 90 percent of the Lakers games this season.

You see AD as a shell of himself. I see a guy playing low to get to the playoffs healthy, although it hasn't worked out for him.

You see LeBron as done. I see a guy who plays hard selectively in either marquee games or when he has it going on. He is certainly done with most of the cast around him, that is plain. But I see him staying in LA.

I see enough of a supporting cast to get the job done in the west. I'd be most concerned with Memphis.

We'll see. Playoffs will tell.

Lebron isn't done but he isn't anywhere the dominant force that you believe him to be at this stage of the game. Laker fans were actually just booing him last week.

Even if they get into the playoffs they will be a first round washout. And as much as everyone wants to bash Westbrook their problems are bigger than just him.
They needed the play in last year just to make it to the first round. At some point 8th seed is just simply who they are.
We will see but I can't think of anyone besides the most fanatical of Laker fans holding out hope of them doing anything.

I'm the exact opposite of a Laker fan. I hate watch them. But I'm a realist. Star power matters even more in the playoffs. The Lakers don't play any D so Lebron will have to be perfect every game. But I'd not bet against that, at least in the play in games and probably beyond. And I think the Lakers know they can't fall out of the 10 seed, so they're not rushing AD back. Same thing with Nunn, who immediately improves their defense. The Lakers will get beat by a team that uses its bigs effectively in pick and roll and sticks a guy on Lebron who is bigger and stronger. But you can't just make him a jumpshooter anymore, he's too good at that now.

As a solid LBJ hater it pains me to say how great he’s played by for his age. Just pulling an number from my ass I’d say he can look 95% as dominant as ever. The “but” statement is that I don’t think he can do that enough to win 4 times in 4 series (and maybe a play-in) because no one else on that team looks like they can steal a game themselves.

If they get an opportunity to play Phoenix (even with AD) It will be a gentleman sweep at best.

Popovich tied whats-his-face for most ever coaching victories.

I wonder what the hell is he still doin'.

Is he happy to be rebuilding at this stage?

Woulda thought he woulda retired after the big 3 retired.

based strictly on watching last night (haven't watched a Spurs game full length this year) I'd say Pop is getting Becky Hammon ready to take the reigns down the road.

Lakers really thought they could get past the Spurs enough to let Lebron sit. OR Lebron is bummed up because he finally played full bore for an entire game. Neither is good for LA. I suspect the first.

Kyrie is so underrated. He scored 50 tonight in a win.

But the real thing about him is, he is beautiful to watch. He has such a sweet game. Can do everything. Fadeaways, turnarounds, drive to basket, hit the 3, and does it with such a grace.

I dont think people realize how great he really is.

Giannis with 39 tonight in a HUGE thrashing at OKC, 142-115.

Home to face Trae Young tomorrow. Should be fun.

not a lot different from Anthony Davis who played his best ball in New Orleans. Both can score so easily, unstoppably and naturally. But both are so injury prone.

not even close. Davis is garbage. Cant lead a team on his own. Or when he can, he gives up, sits out games, and pouts and asks to be traded. Fuck him. He's more an activist than a basketball player.

Giannis with 43 tonight.

Went to the game at Fiserv Forum. Poor Trae Young got booed a few times.

I wonder if fuckin Hawg Ass was there.

Got gas for $4.09. Sales tax only like 6%.

I should move to Milwaukee area.

Becky Hammond leaving for the WNBA suggests Popovich isn't anywhere close to retiring.

TNT offering free access to a bunch of different camera angles on NBA dot com tonight for Sixers-Nets, including as a player on the benches. Nets 40-23 after 1, James Harden houdinis another big game, 3 pts only so far for Harden.

Lebron scores 50 again tonight, 2nd time this week.

He realizes he has no choice now.

His scorin' average will balloon to 33 ppg if he keeps doin' this.

Hard to believe this team is 8 games under .500.

He should be the MVP.

Westbrook only 5 points.
