Yeah, FF, you're out ahead of your skis a bit. The Spurs have been great all year, but this is another level. Pop has been resting players, and only now are we seeing their true form. They're practically breathtaking at this level.

This is the high end of their game but let's not act like we haven't seen this before. They've won multiple games by 15+ during this streak and those were some good teams also. But mainly I'm talking about how they move the ball and get open looks and generally how great they are. Some people may be just seeing it now but that doesn't mean it's their first time playing this well.

If the Finals are Spurs vs Heat and the Spurs win and win convincingly (or not either way), what is the bigger sports story?

A.) Spurs yet again show they are an awesome, well-coached team. In the Pantheon of Best NBA Teams in History. Tim Duncan is ageless and awesome.

B.)LeBron, yet again, fails to win a ring and says something totally stupid in the post-game.

LeBron by a mile, and rightly so.

The Spurs and Tim Duncan are boring to the average fan.

It would be LeBron failing, but it wouldn't be justified. The Spurs are a much better team than the Heat without Bosh. If the Heat lose I don't think it's fair to criticize LeBron too much, depending on how he plays obviously.
