Dirk was shut down most of the night off the ball, despite his point total. He couldn't break free off of any screen for most of the night. Miami was the better team this evening.

Miami was certainly the better team tonight and wade and lebron got one. But the barea and Terry were just terrible and getting dirk the ball. Youre wrong about Dirk tonight, him and Marion were good, for some reason Kidd and Chandler played nervous, and Barea and Terry played like rookies.

Dirk tore a tendon in his non-shooting hand, I think it's safe to say Miami has this series in the bag. Not sure what kind of a bag it is, but the Heat have it in there.

The Mavericks were ice cold from the field in Game 1, and their bench wasn't all that productive. Those can't happen again...

I think it's safe to say that Dallas is on the spot tonight in Game 2. Despite the Dirk Nowitzki injury, the Mavericks can't shoot the basketball much worse than they did in Game 1 and they need more production from their bench to split the series at a game apiece. By the way, 73% of the Game 1 winners in the NBA Finals end up hoisting the Larry O'Brien Trophy in the end...

Watching this game, as much as it pains me to say it, Miami is gonna win this series. Dallas is still my team and I'm pulling for them, but Miami is clearly better...and that makes me .
