Much like the Spurs/Suns series this was one of the best 5 game series Ive seen in awhile. The Spurs need to replace so many players though, Im not sure they will be able to do it. Horry and Vaughn have Zero left in the tank. Bowen is clearly unable to guard Kobe any better than any other decent defender at this point. He doesnt have the footwork and quickness he used to, he needs to go to. Oberto has never been that good and hes 33, he needs to go. Kurt Thomas can maybe give you another year, but maybe not. Finley doesnt have much left, he needs to go. Barry might be able to give you one more year, but Im not sure.

I hope for the Spurs sake Manu rests a whole lot this summer. Duncan has about 2-3 years left as being a dominant player. I dont know what Manu has left. Tony Parker might still be improving and is already a very good player. They have some serious work to do on their rotation to keep up with the Hornets and Lakers next year. They have the cap flexibility to make some moves, and maybe the best GM in the league, so they need to go to work. Letting go of Scola for nothing was clearly a big mistake.
