It’s kind of like the summer of 2010, except everyone is 8 years older and teams are shooting 12 more three pointers a game. This is from the other day. Some guy named Pete Zayas who does a Laker podcast, says 4 “entertainment” sources told him LeBron to Los Angeles is a certainty. He and Paul George are signing with the Lakers this summer: https://nesn.com/2018/06/nba-rumors-lebron-james-has-marketing-plan-in-motion-to-join-lakers/ Reminds me of Marc Stein on the Bill Simmons podcast reporting a Gibson’s waiter told him LeBron was coming to the Bulls. |

The Lakers w/ LBJ and PG would not beat the Warriors. That would be a terrible decision by Lebron. Houston is the best option. |

Lebron said last week he wants to play off the ball more in the future. That's why I think Houston can work on the court. Off the court they can make the $$$ work. Everywhere else is just too young, and would need at least a year to get physically/mentally used to a deep playoff run. The Warriors would still beat an inexperienced 76ers or Lakers team with LBJ/PG imo. |

A healthy Simmons/LeBron/Embiid/Saric core could definitely beat GS. |

I can’t see Simmons and LeBron playing together. Plus, If I’m the Spurs and Kawhi really wants out, I ignore phone calls from the Sixers and get a deal done with Boston. A Jaylen Brown, Terry Rozier and Marcus Morris package is a great return. Much better than Fultz and Covington. |

If that's what the GOAT says he wants to do then I think we should let him do it. |

Boston would have to then move Hayward also. Maybe they make Hayward part of the deal too with one or two of the other guys being removed. |

DeAndre Jordan very interested in going back home to join the Rockets: https://rocketswire.usatoday.com/2018/06/07/houston-rockets-deandre-jordan-los-angeles-clippers-free-agency-clint-capela/ Somebody needs to tell him Morey declined a Clippers trade offer back in January. They like their guy Capela more. |

DeAndre might be cheaper than Capela. If LeBron really wants to go to Houston, he’s going to Houston. Either signing as a free agent or opting in and requesting a sign and trade. If a sign and trade happens, Houston can resign any and all of their own guys. |

If Lebron went to LA but forced them to trade Lonzo, I may start to root for him. |

Kawhi apparently wants out of San Antonio and prefers to go to the Lakers. Even if the Spurs do agree to move him I don't see them being anywhere near as dumb as the Cavs were with Kyrie. |
