Jordan is bulletproof. He's God to most players. That being said it was like slapping your son on the back of the head.

Guessing the players will refuse to practice today and demand binkys in the locker room.

why is jordan a terrible basketball exec? he was driven to be great on the court... is he just coasting in his front office job?

He either is too lazy (relaxed might be better) to do the job right. Or he has too many buddies and yes men. Those are my guesses. My other idea is no great players will go there because of the baggage of playing for the GOAT.

MJ doesn't dress up anymore. He was always a suit and tie guy. Always. I guess now he's saying "Fuck it. I just want to be comfortable."

And man, has he put on some weight. Looks more like his Dad every day.

Late reply on my part but Jordan is not the GM or team president, he's the majority owner. You can blame him for hiring the wrong people but he's not the front office executive making the roster decisions. They also haven't been nearly as bad as some people suggest. They had a horrific year in 2012 but they've also had some solid years, such as 2016 when they won 48 games.

It’s just different skills.

Those who can’t, draft players who can.

Those who can, draft players who can’t.

C'mon. That entire franchise is trash and you know it.

What are you talking about? They won 48 games a few years ago.

What's even expected of the Hornets, Pelicans, and Grizzlies? They can aimlessly fart around with their basketball operations and just let the TV/master-lease money roll in.

Not the Grizz. Grit and Grind is real down there from what I’ve heard and they have come to expect at least a modicum of success when their guys are healthy.

He's been a disaster in DC and Charlotte. He sucks.
