NO First makes the highly underrated David Griffin GM and then lands the No 1 pick. They have a much better roster than the Lakers. Throw in the fact that it is now established that Lebron is in decline so the march to irrelevance is back on in L.A. If AD waits to sign there then that means that he won't be playing with Lebron til he is 36 years old at the earliest. If the Lakers trade to get him now they will have to gut the franchise of "prized" young talent. If Anthony Davis stands by his stupid demands he can kiss whatever Hopes he has of winning anything goodbye. |

No shit, when the NBA told the Bulls last year they had to start bums like Lopez, that probably wouldn't have even make a difference, or risk punishment the Bulls didin't get squat. The Pels need to be told to start a top 5 player and they get the #1. At least we can rule out the fix for a while. |
