I dunno, I feel like Toronto is a much easier matchup for Golden State than Milwaukee. But then again I thought Kawhi couldn't carry Toronto to a win in this series and they're now one game away.

I always thought he was a good because he was part of the Spurs machine but he's really proved how big of a superstar and big time player he is this playoff run. I will be rooting for him and the Raptors.

My fav player now. No question. Documentaries of his explains how he doesn't care about anything except winning. This year proved that. He is fucking savage. If we are witnessing the next Jordan I would not be surprised. He has Jordans head, 100%

Tonight was in some ways the most impressive. He felt like shit the first half. It was obvious. And he still finished the game with dominance. Bucks had no chance.

Quote:
What Leonard is doing in this postseason is timeless. Prior to 2019, only three players in NBA playoff history—Michael Jordan, Reggie Miller, and Rolando Blackman—had averaged at least 30 points on at least 51 percent shooting from the field, 38 percent from 3, and 85 percent from the free throw line. Jordan played only three games; Miller and Blackman played four; Kawhi has played 18. His workload on both ends of the court is essentially unprecedented; the best wing scorers in postseason history almost always had defensive-minded sidekicks to take up the primary option on the opposition most nights. Leonard has had no such luxury, especially with longtime teammate Danny Green struggling mightily on offense. He has simply shouldered the burden, and moved forward.

I still think they have no chance against GSW.

I called it in 2012 here.

It does suck he pushed his way out of SA though.

Just seemed like a recent slobbering. But OK, you've been slobbering since 2012. So I apologize to lump you in with the MANY recent slobs. Listen, there was a lot of bad basketball going on the Eastern playoffs and Leonard shined his light bright. He's going up against a different animal this week.

The 4 top teams in the East were all better than Portland or Houston.

Kawhi Leonard is looking like the best player in the game right now.

I think Toronto beats Golden State without Durant. If Golden State does somehow win this series without Durant, then they have to be placed amongtst the All time great teams.
