Parks also posted a photo of James standing next to Leonard and wrote the caption "Turn the film on somebody was dodging SMOKE yesterday and it wasn't Kawhi." He accompanied the post with a shaka hand emoji and a checkered flag emoji, which was likely a reference to the late L.A. hip-hop artist Nipsey Hussle's song "Victory Lap."

Probably still pissed about the trade rumors from last year. Also probably pissed that Lebron actively pursued a guy that plays his position.

It's easier to be crisp when you only play once a week. Kawhi has a long way to go to be in LeBron's class. He should give LeBron half his check for the freedom and power he's provided the players.

I thought his relationship with LeBron was the reason he was excluded from all trade discussions with New Orleans.

For the last 3-4 years Kawhi has been undoubtedly the better player.

Had to chuckle at some of the guys on ESPN so cavalierly declaring Lebron still "the best player on the planet" the other day. He isn't and hasn't been for at least the last 3 seasons. He is barely cracking top 5 at this point.

He's only played like 2 of the last 3 or 4 years.

He's at the point in his career where you can't expect him to guard the other team's best player beyond a few times down the court. About 7 years ago he would. MJ and Kobe changed their games too at the end.

Outside of the 2nd and 3rd matchup against the Warriors he's never been a killer. It's not who he is. I say all of this as a guy who was the biggest LeBron hater until about 5 years ago.
