Kyrie Irving agrees. At this rate he'll have his own chair named after him. Biggest post-lebron accomplishment for him. Ain't that right, ltg? |

Btw for the record, Simmons ducked noted future hall of famer Gabe Vincent tonight. Too bad, would have loved to see that matchup. I get why Simmons is scared though. |

Not a good look one day after Curry set the record for most threes. Curry is etching his name into history books while your guy is etching his name into some comment he left on a flat earth truthers message board. Take the L and smoke up with you guy, punk b.itch has got nothing better to do. |

You have to just love how the screen was set so that he could book the rather gutless Steph Curry. Took him behind the woodshed and tore him a new asshole. https://youtu.be/dWjigSJP0RE Curry wanted no smoke then and he wants no smoke now. Just as I suspected. |

Can you post videos from their encounters this season? Surely neither of them ducked the matchup. Thanks in advance |

Nets give Kyrie Irving a public ultimatum: Get vaccinated or stay home https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2 ... available/ Quote: After weeks of uncertainty over Kyrie Irving’s eligibility for the upcoming NBA season, the Brooklyn Nets delivered a public ultimatum to their all-star guard Tuesday: Get vaccinated or stay home.
While the NBA doesn’t have a vaccine mandate for players, certain cities, including New York and San Francisco, have enacted rules that require vaccination for members of home teams in those markets. If Irving remains unvaccinated, he would be ineligible for Brooklyn’s 41 home games at Barclays Center and its two road games against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Get the full experience. Choose your plan Following extensive internal discussions and multiple conversations with Irving, Nets owner Joe Tsai and General Manager Sean Marks opted against allowing the seven-time all-star to suit up for road games in cities without vaccine mandates, even though he would be eligible for those games by league rules. Brooklyn is set to open the regular season in Milwaukee against the Bucks on Oct. 19. Perspective: Kyrie Irving wants to leave a legacy. With his stance on vaccination, he just might. “Given the evolving nature of the situation and after thorough deliberation, we have decided Kyrie Irving will not play or practice with the team until he is eligible to be a full participant,” Marks said in a statement. “Kyrie has made a personal choice and we respect his individual right to choose. Currently, the choice restricts his ability to be a full-time member of the team and we will not permit any member of our team to participate with part-time availability. It is imperative that we continue to build chemistry as a team and remain true to our long-established values of togetherness and sacrifice.” |

Just to remind everyone of irrefutable evidence that Simmons is a liability and a b.itch "We lost, it sucks. I am who I am [a b.itch]; it is what it is [that I'm a b.itch]," Quote: That season, Simmons’ free-throw shooting regressed once again, plunging back down to 60%, not quite as bad as his rookie-season marks but still a significant drop from his playoff rate. He also took just 25 shots outside of 16 feet after attempting 40 as a rookie. At one point during the year, Jim O’Brien, a longtime NBA coach and former Sixers assistant who was serving as a special adviser to Brown, posed a question during a coaches meeting. "Name me one area where Ben Simmons has improved," he asked his colleagues. The room fell silent. [ Quote: According to league sources, Simmons’ frustration at being relegated to off-ball duty during the team’s 2019 second-round loss to the Raptors contributed to the front office’s decision to not re-sign Jimmy Butler. Brown had handed Butler the keys to the offense, and management was worried how Simmons would handle having Butler around and monopolizing crunch-time playmaking duties for multiple years. The next season, prior to the league’s mid-pandemic restart, Brown told reporters that in practices, he’d been playing Simmons "exclusively" at power forward. Management, according to sources, pushed Brown to walk back that proclamation. "I feel more comfortable bringing the ball up," Simmons told me in the summer of 2017. "I feel limited if you put me at the 4 position. I don't feel I can help as much." [foxsports.com] Through that lens, Simmons' unwillingness to do what's best for the team directly resulted in the dismantling of the best version of these Sixers we've seen to date, the ones that pushed the eventual champions to seven games before Kawhi Leonard's shot bounced four times and then agonizingly fell through the net. https://www.phillyvoice.com/sixers-ben- ... son-plans/ |

It is Kyrie's own decision not to be playing this year. BTW, he's ducking Cole Anthony tonight. What a shame. So glad he found part time work! He won't get full salary but at least he's eligible for overtime pay. Good for him! |
