If New York gets the first pick, the fix is in (again!).

How many balls did the Bulls have in last year?

When is the lottery determined?

Bulls usually have two, just like any other mammal.

Washington has a chance for a quick turnaround next season if they can land Blake Griffin. A healthy Arenas to go with Butler, Jamison and a top draft pick would be a very good regular season team, but won't play much defense so not a huge threat to Cleveland.

OKC will get the first pick, so that Blake Griffin will stay home. A la Cleveland with LeBron and Chicago with Derrick Rose.

I tend to agree with that, Spmack...Given the fact the Thunder have the fourth most ping pong balls, you'd have to think they'd have the best chance to win the lottery. Then again, the Bulls only had a 1.8% chance they'd even get the #1 pick last year.

So the fix is in in the NBA huh? I have often wondered that to myself - just when the Lakers, Knicks or Bulls are down - boom, here comes a first round draft choice out of the blue.

If OKC gets the first pic, I am going to be completely on board with the fix conspiracy.

Very interesting. Clippers now have some big men to trade, which I'm sure will lead to Sam Smith writing a column about Chris Kaman coming to Chicago.

He may write exclusively now at Bulls.com, but Sam Smith lives in a dream world, BD...A lot of what this guy wrote in the Tribune and now on the Bulls' Web site never comes to fruition. As for the Clippers, Nipsey Russell, I mean Elgin Baylor, may no longer be generally managing, but they do less with more than any other NBA franchise. Yet for reasons science simply can't answer, they share the STAPLES Center with the Lakers and they're always being represented at the "Match Game"-like set at NBA Entertainment in Secaucus, NJ for the Draft Lottery. How much you want to bet Blake Griffin flips the Clippers off if they draft him #1 come June 25th?

Sorry, Swami Newper...The Sacramento Kings will draft #4, despite having the most balls going into tonight's NBA Draft Lottery.
