from the Huffington Post: Dallas Mavericks Owner, Mark Cuban Mocks Miami Heat's Record In a Monday interview on ESPN Radio Dallas with Ben and Skin, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was asked what he thinks about the slow start of the Miami Heat. "Hallelujah, boys, is that great or what?" Cuban said. "How cool is that?" The Heat are 6-4 and in third place of the Southeast division. "Now, they could still turn it around and win out for all that matters, but you're starting to see some of the problems," Cuban explained. "Any team with a strong, big guy that can score, they're getting abused by." He went on to say that Miami has the fewest points in the paint because "they just don't have size to battle." Cuban also pointed out that it's a long season and "you never quite know how it's going to play out." Is Mark Cuban really the guy who's qualified to make these comments? Seriously man, Mark Cuban has been one of the best, and worst things to happen to the Dallas Mavericks. He fiddled with his favorite toy until he broke it. The Mavs did an all-time Finals chokejob in 2006. Since then, the guy has put underachiever after underachiever on the court year after year, yet still has the nuts to critique another team based on a slow start? I love the Mavs but Mark Cuban should do all us Mavs fans a favor and concentrate on building a championship team of his own. |

Agreed with your commentary OKC, but his comments are spot on. |

Yeah its not like he said "They dont have what it takes to win a championship" Then you would have something. |

Outside of getting rid of Devin Harris what has Cuban done wrong? I think he's done his job as an owner. It just hasn't worked out. |

His thoughts may be accurate, but I don't respect them coming from him. |

Cuban got rid of Steve Nash and has been missing him ever since. Everything else he did wrong was a reaction to needing to replace Nash... |

When was the last time the Mavs had a strong presence and scoring threat down low? |

But isn't what he is saying true? It would be more eye brow raising if he said something that sounded as if Cuban had sour grapes. This is similar to people discrediting anything Matt Millen says because of how he messed up the Detroit Lions. |

I have no problem with what he is saying but find it a little funny that what he is calling out is exactly what his franchise has been missing the entire time he has owned it. |

This is crazy. It is like a poster on here criticizing another poster on here for not having sport takes. I mean can you imagine if that happened? The outrage? The horror? |

seems like an innocent enough comment. I'm sure pretty much ever GM/coach/player that isn't on the Heat is rooting for them to fail; maybe he's one of the few to openly state it |
