The Lakers and the Spurs losing in the same day would just be too good to be true.

Series Update:

Hornets lead 1-0

Somehow. And I truly mean it's hard to equate, but the Lakers have crapped the bed worse than any other team so far this postseason. Chris Paul is nasty when he's feeling loose and has a chip on his shoulder. That's fine, but how does a team featuring maybe 3 HOFers (I'm an Odom fan) lose to CP3 and the White Panther? It's beyond embarrassing, and I don't believe Kobe when he said he's not worried in the post game press conference.

Key Players:

Chris Paul (NO): 33pts, 14ast, 4stl

Carl Landry (NO): 17pts, 5reb

Kobe Bryant (LAL): 34pts, 5ast, 4reb

Ron Artest (LAL): 16pts, 11reb

This is a conspiracy by the NBA because to ensure the best ratings possible, the finals must include White Panther.

Chris Paul has been lost amongst the Rose, Rondo and Westbrook hoopla and let everyone know hes still the top PG behind Rose

He was fearless in taking it to LA and hit some huge shots to kill some LA momentum. Great performance by NO

Chris Paul isn't behind anybody. He smartly played it cool during the regular season like the Spurs/Lakers and saved it for the postseason. He was trying to warn anyone willing to listen. I still think the Lakers will win the series, but I laughed out loud when I came on here and saw all the "This series is too easy for LA" talk. Apparently people forgot he IS good enough to swing an entire series.

Imagine holding Kobe Bryant to just 11 points last night, and New Orleans still loses Game 2.

Aaron Gray just got a rebound and scored.

That is all.

I'd like to admit I was halfway wrong about CP3 coming back from his meniscus injury. He was a little below average throughout the reg season, but he def stepped things up this series.

Does he stay in New Orleans?
