Wilson Chandler announced he's going to China and has no out clause in his contract to come back if the NBA comes back this year....I'm sure many bench type players will eventually go, but will we see any good players head over? |

Stars would probably be able to negotiate an out-clause. Any team would bend over backwards and make a truck load of money if Kobe or Lebron just played in a month or two of games. |

I have heard several players pondering playing basketball overseas. I know that the Nets' Deron Williams is one, but I've also heard the Lakers' Kobe Bryant & the Thunder's Kevin Durant might also take their games overseas depending on how much longer the NBA lockout continues to drag. I know he's on a tour of Taiwan now on behalf of Adidas, but would the Bulls' Derrick Rose be willing to play overseas ball? The league's players and owners are supposed to hold talks as soon as tomorrow, but The SCORE's David Schuster isn't confident that any progress will be made. That being said, it is a legit question how many NBA players would play on the opposite side of the world as long as this lockout continues to drag. |
