This is a shame, he was a solid player and a good guy from all accounts I have read. Hopefully he can latch on to some kind of front office job if he wants one. |

Isn't this good for Portland? It's been known for awhile now that Roy was effectively finished as an NBA player, thus making his contract Rashard-bad. Now the Blazers get rid of it and save their amnesty, right? |

Could have flipped Drexler and other parts for a serviceable big man. Even at the time people thought it was a questionable decision to take Bowie. |
