Like 5 or 6 good ones right? well i suppose we first would need to define what makes the season "the worst" walt is saying the quality of play are you implying parity has something to do with it? that if there was less of a spread between good/bad teams it would be better? i would say the following definitely qualify as BAD: Wizards Raptors Pistons Hornets Bobcats Nets Kings Cavs Bucks Warriors that's 10 out of 30 teams...not an insane amount. And even some of those teams like the Cavs with Irving, Warriors w/ Ellis & Curry, Kings with Evans/Cousins are at least interesting to watch or have an interesting aspect to them. granted some like the Bobcats are just brutal. I think with Rubio and Irving and even Williams it's been a solid rookie class. Not saying it's the best season ever but I think there are a lot of things that have been entertaining about it |

How many teams have a legit shot at a title in the beggining of the year? 4,5? |

A year ago at this time, Kemba Walker and UCONN were clearly on the NCAA bubble. They started their improbable run in the Big East Tournament by beating DePaul in Round 1 at New York's Madison Square Garden and it ended with head coach Jim Calhoun's Huskies winning the National Championship. Fast forward to right now, and Walker's current Charlotte Bobcats have the worst winning percentage in NBA history, even for a 66-game regular season that the NBA is playing this year. If they played a regular 82-game season, the Bobcats would definitely challenge the 1972-73 Philadelphia 76ers for all-time futility in league history. They may have beaten a just as bad Toronto Raptors' team the other night, but the Bobcats are not just bad, they are inept, uncompetitive & flat out unwatchable! |

guess i'm saying if you said 'there are ___ more turnovers this year on average' or shooting % is at an all-time low or make some kind of statistical argument, ok if you want to say it's just boring, that's your opinion and valid i just don't understand what parity or # of teams that have a legit shot have to do with it. i fully admit i'm a fanboy I guess, i can find watching a Wolves game entertaining while fully understanding the Wolves don't have a shot at winning the title this year |

No, I would say at least 8 in baseball. Every team that gets in has a chance. It just seems like there are about 5 or 6 exciting teams and the rest are just bad. I understand to an NBA enthusiast there are interesting stories all over, Im the same with baseball but to a casual observer its not that great. |
