At this point, it seems silly to think that Kobe will retire as anything other than a Laker and that his number will be hoisted to the rafters very shortly after. I suppose they could work out some amnesty deal if he was able to take less in a given year and they add diplomatic pay after he retires. |

Jim Buss would kill his father by doing something stupid like that. I still would love to see him in a Bulls uniform even though he's 80% of the player he once was. |

I don;t think it would happen this offseason, but I would not put it past Jim Buss to do this before the 13-14 season. |
