Ive mentioned this before, but I think Lakers miss the playoffs this year. I'm predicting a disaster for Mike Brown.

If Bynum gives them 40 games plus Pau and Kobe I just can't see them finishing below a team like GS or Portland.

I don't see any of their divisional rivals beating outdoing them. Maybe LaClippers, but I'd have to see it to believe it.

Is it that difficult to see? Where do you think they'll finish? I don't really trust any team in the West other than OKC. All of them have a lot of question marks.

Maybe. Them or the Clips are almost certainly getting a top 3 seed though, so I don't think it's that strange of a prediction.

Nets lost Brook Lopez today. Now they will REALLY suck, and their hopes for Dwight Howard lessened considerably because of that injury.

Sixers could indeed take the Atlantic.

I still think it will be Boston though.

The compressed schedule is going to wreak havoc on their aging lineup although I like the Bass move for them.

Don't the three division winners automatically fill the top 3 spots in each conference? If not, then my West prediction would be like this:

1. Mavs
2. OKC
3. Grizzlies
4. LaLakers
5. LaClippers
6. Nuggets
7. Spurs
8. Jazz

Yep. That's why I was saying the Clips or the Lakers will be a top 3 seed.

I believe you have to be a top 4 seed as last year Spurs were #1 and Dallas #3.

Then I have to stick w/ LaLakers at 3.

You know, if the Jazz and Grizzlies ever combined, would they be known as the Jizzies?

Lol. Conns is right though. It's only a top 4 seed for division winner:
