It's hard not to argue. Both the Spurs' Gregg Popovich & the Bulls' Tom Thibodeau each had to manage injuries and different starting lineups with their respective rosters throughout the 66-game regular season. I think the ONLY thing with Popovich is that despite all the NBA Championships San Antonio has won over the years, Gregg had NEVER won the award. That's probably why Popovich got the honor & Thibodeau didn't. |
