Will they lose another game before the Finals? I don't think the Pacers have a chance and I think the Celtics are a couple years past having a chance.

Pacers will get a token win at home, and lose in 5.

Celtics or Hawks will be swept

JL3 will lead the Bulls to victory over Miami in 4 games.

The Heat beat the Pacers in 3 of the 4 regular season meetings. While I'll be cheering for Indiana in the next round, let's see if Boston actually advances past Atlanta in Round 1 first. The Celtics are in a similar position that the 76ers are in tonight vs. the Bulls. One more win, and you've got the unlikely renewal of a classic Celtics/Sixers' Eastern Conference Semifinal series with Boston having homecourt in the next series. The same holds true if Atlanta wins tonight and then wins a possible Game 7 this weekend should Philadelphia eliminate the Bulls.

By the way, I follow ESPN Radio/Bulls Radio Network executive producer Jeff Mangurten on Twitter @JeffGurt. Here's why I mention Mangurten. The Bulls are only 1-13 lifetime in elimination playoff games away from home in franchise history. That's not a good omen just hours away from tonight's Game 6.

I think they'll lose two games each in the next two series.

The Heat? You might be right. I'm disappointed the Knicks didn't give them more of a competitive matchup than they showed in their first round NBA Playoff series. Just like the Bulls, the Knicks are at a little bit of a crossroads moving forward. They may have Carmelo Anthony, A'mare Stoudemire and a fully healthy Jeremy Lin, but I don't think they mesh real well. Besides, there were rumblings that the Knicks were going to remove the interim tag from head coach Mike Woodson. Quite frankly, I don't know what they are...

Without Bosh I think the Heat and the Pacers are almost even.

Isn't it possible that Boston could beat the winner or Miami/Indiana? The Heat probably can't stop Rondo or Garnett.

Absolutely. Even though there was talk from Celtics' V.P. of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge on their flagship station WEEI SportsRadio during the crammed regular season about breaking that team up after a slow start, Glenn "Doc" Rivers and the C's might be the best team left in the Eastern Conference. What a way to go out if that's indeed the case.

Wade has to be the biggest hot head on the team. It's amazing how the good teams like the Lakers and the Heat lose their cool when they are getting smoked.

My prediction of a Pacers/Thunder final is looking strong.

If Miami ends up getting knocked out in Round 2, do you think there will be any significant roster changes?

How about Wade for Howard? :drunken: :drunken: He's an expiring deal, and Miami would then have great cap flexibility if they end up not re-signing him. They also need to amnesty Mike Miller, dude is a bum.

That team would be even more unlikable....

Here, I figured it out.

I desperately hope the Heat get their shit together and win this thing, because this second round of "Lebron James doesn't have a ring" jokes is going to be so, so terrible.

It shouldn't be as bad this time around. Or at the very least there should be a ton of unclever Wade jokes to contribute also. Maybe bigfan can start them out.

Why is Lebron James paid in New Zealand dollars? It's because you only get 3 quarters out it.
