It was definitely a foul, but Lebron over-sold it and got a flagrant call instead. Look at his movement after the initial hit.

It was a moving screen and should have been whistled as a foul. The only time Chandler's feet leave the ground is after the initial contact is delivered, and that was probably due to running into a 275 pound mammoth. That wasn't a flagrant foul.

I don't think anyone is saying it isn't a foul, but there's just no way it was a flagrant foul. The only reason Lebron got the call that happened was because of Lebron's complete overreaction to what happened.
