Jerry Sloan is a rumored finalist for the head coaching vacancy...with the Charlotte Bobcats.

Riley isn't leaving the Heat. The Heats' real weakness is their coaching. That is Riley's fault, but I believe he'll be given the opportunity to rectify that this off season.
