Only watched one GS game so far. It was their loss to the Lakers the day Mike Brown got fired. I will say that Klay Thompson looked good in that game. He's a sharpshooter. I'll check this game out.

Bullshit. That wasn't a flagrant on David Lee. Lebron was in the air and he just fell hard.

Big night for Klay. 18 in the first half so far. And Steph Curry is looking like a real damn NBA point GUARD.

Edit: Klay hit another 3. 21 points in the first half.

yeah he's on fire....him and Curry.....has to be in the top 3 or 4 backcourts in the NBA

go figure, looks like trading Ellis was the right move. If Bogut ever returns and gives them anything....

and this talk about the Bulls being non-athletic...holy shit is this Warriors squad quick as hell and athletic

Klay was just straight up abusing Mike Miller earlier, it looked like his feet were cemented to the floor

i like their poise here a lot
don't seem like they're at all intimidated by the Heat, even the rookies

i hope they pull this one out

i think the difference between this team and the every other year's run and gun team is that this squad actually plays defense too
it's nice to see

Let's see if they can stop Miami from doing their "Lebron takes over" thing.

and perhaps there's the problem....
tie game , big possession and you have Jarret Jack forcing up a jumper

they got lucky to get the defensive stop and the timeout, good god they have to come back with something better than that out of a timeout now with the game on the line....

GS needs to figure out who "that guy" is gonna be and get him the ball.

I am guessing "that guy" shouldn't be Jarret Jack

why wouldn't it be Klay Thompson ??? i mean he only dropped like 27 so far and is like 10 times quicker to the rim than Jack...

Yeah but Hawk actually cares about the outcomes of Sox games. I can't imagine the Heat guys have been there long enough to give a shit. Like what do they fondly reminisce about the Rony Sieklay era?

agree
but still, it's just odd in general. i watch plenty of NBA broadcasts and MLB for that matter and unless there's a significant event like a no hitter or something it's pretty unusual for a home broadcast team to interview an opposing player after a win but the Heat seem to do it routinely , i just find it unusual

It is pretty weird for sure. But maybe the Big 3 can't be bothered to talk to them and really how many times can you ask Norris Cole about his flattop?

The Warriors have made the playoffs six times since 1977. Six times! How was a team in a major media market like San Francisco allowed to be this bad for so long with no one really saying anything about it? I mean, I knew they'd sucked since Run-TMC with the exception of 2007, when even then they only finished eighth, but this is remarkable futility.

I don't think any team other than the Giants are a priority for fans in the Bay.

just a serious of bad moves and bad ownership

the Webber trade alone set them back like 5 years

If Im not mistaken the Clippers have only made the playoffs 4 times in that same time span.

Well, the 49ers are right up there, at least when they're competitive.

The Warriors have really good attendance, though. Maybe it's one of those "there are 20,000 fans of this team and they're all at every game" sort of deals. The Bay Area seems to have a bunch of little self-contained cult followings. People who like the A's or Sharks really really really like the A's or Sharks and pretty much nothing else in life. Perhaps the Warriors are the same way.
