LeBron has never maximized his post game like Jordan did. Jordan also brought it every night. LeBron has had games where he choked or didn't show up. LeBron will win more MVPs, but he has already lost twice in the NBA Finals, which Jordan never did once.

In the end, I guess the final result is all that matters but I don't think people remember just how bad that 2007 Cavs roster was aside from Lebron. I think Lebron should get at least a little credit for carrying that pile of garbage all the way to the Finals.

On the other hand, being the best of the 2007 Eastern Conference is not that impressive.

He was about as intense a competitor as there ever was.

Lebron is a beast for sure but I think Jordan would refuse to be defeated and what he accomplished in driving his teammates to excellence also separates him from Lebron.

It will also be interesting to see how Lebron's body ages and how he adapts. Jordan was able to adapt and still dominate. Will Lebron be able to do that as well??

Only a major injury can derail LeBron's career. He takes great care of himself. He has 5 to 7 more prime years and will play until he is 40.

It really is strange. Pippen has no reason to be insecure. Grant Hill, Tracy McGrady, and Penny Hardaway would love to have had Pippen's career I'm sure.

How do you assume this, given his lack of efficient scoring moves aside from pure physical ability? I'm not sure pure physical prowess is enough once you get up to 33 and 34.

That's true but I do understand why he would. He was one of the greatest players of all time and won 6 titles but he is an afterthought to most fans and "experts". His greatness is overlooked in the worst way because of MJ. I'm guessing he went at MJ often in practice and probably shut him down too. Unfortunately history doesn't care.

His game has evolved and physically I believe his body will hold up. He is a workout freak. He rides his bike miles to the game and then plays 48 mins and then hits the weight room after the game.
