Under the STARTERS category on NBA page

Strickland - YES! My All time guy! If not for Patrick Ewing in NYC covering for Mark Jacksons terrible passes with a wingspan that makes Calvin Johnson look small, Rod was just fabulous! I think his shyness at the time might have held him back from being a team leader on the floor, his talents were amazing, his ability to drive and hang.

I like the "Worst players who DID make an All Star game" list more. Jamaal Magloire, come on down and claim your prize!

Rod would have been my guy off the top of my head and now you want me to think. I refuse to think right now.

Strick was never an all star?

I am surprised by that

Had to look this one up, but I am shocked that Ron Harper never made an All-Star team. He was as /if not more entertaining player than Strickland in his (short, uninjured) prime.

And then I remembered Steve Smith's complaint about being a two guard in the East during Jordan's prime. But I still would've guessed he'd have gotten a deep bench spot.

Fans voted him in. He was 60 and playing at a high level for anyone not named Michael Jordan.

Harp without that injury makes it, the knees went.
