1. Kevin Love -26.3ppg, 12.6rpg, 4.3apg, 46%FG, 38% 3pt FG -Even though the man cannot play any defense to speak of, he is a dominant force in every other aspect of the game. Hopefully, Minnesota can hang on to him when he becomes a FA, but I highly doubt it. 2. Blake Griffin -24.3ppg, 9.7rpg, 3.8apg, 53%FG -One of the most exciting players in the league is actually being coached this year, and his numbers reflect it. The Clippers are going to be a tough out in the playoffs this year. Griffin’s advancement is a big part of that. 3. LaMarcus Aldridge -23.4ppg, 11.1rpg, 2.7apg, 46%FG -Not necessarily the toughest competitor, but Aldridge is a highly efficient basketball player. There aren’t many things he is limited to on a basketball court, and he is a matchup nightmare on a daily basis. 4. David Lee -18.5ppg, 9.4rpg, 2.2apg, 52%FG -It’s not all Steph and Klay in the Bay. Lee’s steady play is the underlying factor in Golden State’s rise to playoff contender. 5. Zach Randolph -17.3ppg, 10.2rpg, 2.5apg, 46%FG -Maybe the most underappreciated player in the last decade. Randolph continues to post double doubles in routine fashion. With Marc Gasol missing the middle of the season, Randolph carried the Grizzlies into playoff contention. |

JBills! Yes, Love is fucking great. Rubio and that entire team is trash. Blake has improved his game a lot and I don't wanna sound like I'm hating on him but it's ridiculous that he's #3 in almost everybody's MVP discussion right now. I'd rank him 3rd in this category behind Aldridge. |

Yeah, Rubio has been a major disappointment. Makes me wonder if he rushed back from that knee injury. Blake def took a step up, but he's not even the MVP on his own team. I will concede him and Aldridge are interchangeable on this list. |
