Atlanta Hawks Owner selling because of racist email

Perfect day to send this press release out.
Read the email and had two quick thoughts:
1. It's bad but not as bad as I thought it would be.
2. I thought it was more of an indictment on white people in Atlanta than anti-black....well, except that whole valuing whites more part.

Except for the fact the e-mail is two years old...now if you mean he saw $2B and suddenly felt guilty about this old e-mail, then you may be on to something. But the Atlanta Hawks aren't worth a pot to piss in, so I'm not sure this would be a viable strategy to stimulate the market of potential bidders.

Read the whole e-mail...that one sentence you posted is very fitting to push the racism thing

But the whole e-mail seems to me a serious inquiry into how to generate more money for the team (see thrashers comments about 3x the merch sales)...he does it in non PC fashion, but so what...it's his team and he's not speaking in racist slang, more socioeconomic analysis if anything...well at least that was my take from it, maybe i'm wrong
