Holy shit... what a stupid spectacle. Just play basketball.

It's gonna be a real letdown if he starts to decline sharply this year.

Wow... you would seriously think the Messiah had returned. Everyone in Cleveland will wake up tomorrow and life will be great!

Have you ever been to Cleveland?
This is the greatest thing to happen to Cleveland since Howard the Duck.
and Howard the Duck was terrible.

Strangest big city I've ever been to. 4th of July weekend it was empty...almost deserted....on a Saturday evening.

thin ice, cory. howard the duck has a very spirited cult of diehard fans who found the movie to be fucking brilliant on an esoteric level that speaks to the truth hidden in plain sight in life (you know, like when they're in the the computer world in the first tron and walking across the plaza to go see the fat old judge dude and a voice in the background says ATTENTION ALL HUMANS: PLEASE OBSERVE MATRIX CODE)

not to mention that howard the duck had in-her-prime lea thompson in it, and if you can't work with in-her-prime lea thompson i'm sorry i can't work with you.

howard = bro-tier. we've all been there with that exact facial expression at that exact moment.... or at least i hope you've been there. it's the place to be.

Disappointing return for Jesus James. And Taj Gibson can't wait to post up KLove tomorrow night! It's nice to have basketball back.

They're going to be a GREAT offensive team at some point but they're going to suck defensively. Looks like the Cavs were looking ahead to their matchup with the Bulls.

Believe it or not, that started all the way back in the late 80's. He was a funny little (deluded) guy to watch way back then.

I saw him in the old Omni with the Hawks. True story.

No idea who won, but saw 'Nique and Tree too.

Back in the days where you could walk up and get lower bowl tix for games vs. anyone but the Lakers, Celtics or Bulls. Got 1/2 price tix for an 85-86(?) game vs. the Sixers of Dr. J, Moses, Barkley & Mo Cheeks 20 mins before game time. 25-30 rows back of the 76ers bench.

And the majority of the fans were cheering for Philly.
